Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective, or not as described.
What you can return
Within 7 days of delivery, if the item:
- Arrived damaged or defective.
- Doesn't match what was advertised.
- Stopped working within the return window (most electronics).

Open the order in My Orders.
Tap Request return and describe the issue with photos.
Our agent confirms within 24 hours and arranges courier pickup.
Refund is credited to your original payment method (or as Star Points for COD) within 3–5 working days after the item reaches the seller.

Refund timing
Cash on Delivery orders — refunded as Star Points (10 pts = ৳1) so you can use the credit on your next order. Bank transfer alternative on request.
Pre-paid orders (when available) — refunded to the original card or wallet.
